DownUnder Honey is an established New Zealand family business, of two generations. It is important that our honey, reflects our values of honesty and integrity. We own and operate all our hives which includes caring for the bees and extracting our own honey. We are proud producers of quality authentic New Zealand artisan honey. DownUnder Honey have full control of our honey food cycle, from flower to plate. The honey is not pasteurised in any step of the extraction process. We comply with New Zealand's stringent food safety regulations and are Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) audited and hold approved export approval.
