How to prepare SUPERSONIC Food?

A full meal (412kcal): Pour 400 ml of cold water + 100 g of Supersonic Food Powder (2 scoops) + Supersonic Liquid into a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. Between meal (200kcal): Pour 200 ml of cold water + 50g of Supersonic Food Powder (1 scoop) into a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. 

 Ingredients: protein (pea, rice, pumpkin, hemp), oatmeal, Yarrowia lipolytica inactive yeast, Ground Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum), natural peanut butter aroma, Chia Seeds (Salvia hispanica), Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii), potassium citrate, calcium citrate, sweetener (xylitol), coconut sugar (Gula java), emulsifier (xanthan gum), Bladder Wrack (Fucus vesiculosus), himalayan salt, sweetener (steviol glycosides), rosehip extract (Rosa canina L.) standardized to 70% vitamin C, niacin (nicotinamide), pantothetic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylocobalamin), thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), riboflavin, folic acid.
